I think you don't really know this game. you first fight for the position and then flag when you lose that is how the game is. If you made a truce with a player its normal to give him the second position but you should have at least gave me the third position in that situation if you have any respect for flags. I hate flagging before fighting and accept the flags of my bitter enemies cuz I have respect for those who fight
