Put in a placement section at the beginning... opening position can either really help or hurt you... it's rarely fair.

you shouldn't choose what table you go to. It should just be a random lottery to prevent people coming in with pre-formed alliances.

Allow users to select even distribution of dice or of single territory allocation.
