Split tables into 250 point settings. Then only the players in those settings can on play within their scoring range.

Change the method of deciding how many new dice to give from being a straight linear. Cap it or do it logarithmically perhaps. This would help open up the middle game and hopefully prevent the end game from becoming a total lottery. Every single time
