Make people lose points after round 20 to prevent endless 1 on 1 fights

Add luck rating - a number made by comparison of self combats odds and teoretical ones for each throw, therefore adding more points and ratings to those who win with unlucky odds, compare to those with lucky ones

Provide some instructions on flags - this is a game where you are supposed to kill each other. Flagging shouldn't mean you can't attack people anymore
