If at all, attacker should win a tie, as has been brought up already. Although p0ckets is right, the advantage would be, to support aggressive play (as it is now often senseless, right fuzzy). I just think, the ones making moves should be rewarded instead of the ones sitting in corners or even worse, in the middle of another player (if it wasn't so much risk, they would be killed more likely before the stronger players start on each other). It would also make the "away-player-problem" easier...
I would want to test it first though.
