At the begin of the match, you see your starting position, you see whom you will play with etc. You see who will go first.
Then everbody can set the amount of points he wants to risk for the game. If he looses, he looses this, if he wins, he wins sevenfold. |

That could be interesting, say if every player just gets one random territory (possibly unconnected to any other player) with an equal number of dice, and the rest remains empty. |
