FWIW, here's my input. I'm not really interested in joining an epic long discussion though really.

When I became a moderator:

* Jurgen actually objected to me becoming a moderator so soon after my return after inactivity due to health reasons. That said, he changed his mind after a while and after I settled in a bit.

* Jurgen never asked me to view him as the head moderator or senior or claimed any sort of additional power. We can't moderate each others accounts.

* There's no hierarchy beyond: 1. Ryan 2. All Moderators.

* Jurgen asked me a courtesy only, to not unban players he has banned with the caveat that I can just ask him first. Sometimes this is necessary, the software is such that we can't leave each other notes. So we just check in first.

* That works both ways. Jurgen will not undo actions taken by Integral or myself without speaking to us first. We respect each others decisions and the only point of escalation is Ryan after *any* of us makes a decision unless we personally rescind it.

* Jurgen and Integral have both never taken any actions I consider extreme or corrupt and I haven't seen any favouritism.

That's out of the way now. Next point:

* I didn't -post bivo. I've said this in three different threads. You can see quite clearly who took the action on their profile so I don't even know how this came up and was blamed on me.

* k8 said I was a wuss. Well, I'm new to modding here. I'm learning. I take guidance from the others as a start point and I try and tread lightly until such time as I have everything down pat. If this makes me a wuss, I'm a wuss. If I went to the other extreme there'd be a post called "Remove Pursey as mod" as well.

* This game is a game. Not rocket science. Not life critical. Take it easy. Go do something else for a while. It's just god damn dice.

TL;DR Version: Jurgen hasn't done anything corrupt IMO. He never asked me to do anything special or follow his lead. This is a game. Take it easy, don't get your testicles in a twist.
