I've talked to axl a lot. Yes he trolled and cheated a lot but in a way there's much more hope for him than for shannon. He owes up to what he does and he knows it's not in the best interest of the site.

I liked the part where Shannon confessed interrogating Ali (Integral) about the fatman, murti, etc pga and how the mods didn't take further actions regarding it due to chances of ryan losing some "money", if this is true, which I fairly doubt it is for some reason, then the principles kdice mods are walking by are completely faulty. Thought players esp. ones who got banned for minor PGA/OTF should have a heads up about this and speak for their rights, if they have any. Oh and fuck the police.

@Jurgen: The best hope for Axl is to stay away from this site and get a real life offline.

@Omarinho: Why would you believe the fact in this "blog" that is most harmful to this site when it is obvious that the entire thing is written to emphasize the innocence and maltreatment of the author? On the other hand, if it was true - this is a commercial project after all. No barkeeper will throw out the alcoholics...

General remark: To protect the addicts, if we wanted to act socially here, I'd suggest to ban any player with >300 games a month (that number is debatable and just a random starting point that makes math easier). 300 games with an average duration of 10 minutes (including waiting time, early deaths and 30 turn games)means 50 hours a month - more than an average working weak. Get a real life people, walk in the sun, meet real people - GET A BREAK! And maybe it is a good idea to force that break. Just a thought only loosly related to the blogs.

I think there was a lot of interesting character study in those blogs. For me the most illuminating one was that both of them were constantly talking about the mods "only doing their job". As if they are paid to do this. They're doing it out of love. To support other people who love the game. Like themselves.

Except they themselves did the complete opposite. They loved it ok. But the reason they loved it was because it enabled them to fuck with other people and circumvent whatever measures were set into effect to prevent them from cheating. Thus making them feel/seem intelligent/superior in other ways than succeeding ingame. That's not a good look tho. That means you have issues. I've had the same issues myself in my teenage years, which i'm sure a lot of people have had. But most people grow out of that. I hope they did/do too.

There's always some wrong being done unto you, be it someone doing a stupid move that you have to berate them for, someone being rude to you for nothing at all, or the evil and maniacal apignarb muting you on sight and inventing jokes about you. Do you even like anyone on this site, or anything about the game at all? You never do anything but complain. Actually come to think of it, I can't remember ONE SINGLE THING you've said ever that can be categorized under "positive".

Everything you say ingame serves some purpose for your gains. You berate other players and try to influence their moves at every step. You try to break down their confidence or try their patience to make them do moves they wouldn't normally do. Or straight out command new players to do moves that benefit you. When people see through that, you get defensive and aggressive. Or the new tactic, where you act with an angelic veneer over your assholyness. In short, you're the most taxing, exhausting and irritating presence on modern day kdice. It exhausts me to watch someone as cynical as you try to break down so many people online day after day. So i decided you're not worth my time or energy any more. So i quit you a few months ago. And I never looked back. Kdice is now a harmonious mecca of zen in comparison to before.

I tried. Oh god did I try. But after years of abuse and vitriol, i said "fuck it" and started to treat you like you treat everyone else. Like shit. Enjoy!

No, no you haven't. People don't change. They just consciously change their behaviour to accomplish some goal. And whatever that goal is, I don't care. But to me it seems like modding.
