CriticalDog, Shannon was a legend. His main account Agent Mulder scored an all time record points in a month at the time, 312k.

Jurgen really hated him though and gave him unfair punishments, because jurgen thought there's no way someone could score that much without cheating. So jurgen perma-banned him even though he still had several months left on his paid membership. And in a Lance Armstrong-esque reversal, jurgen took all of his points, reviews, gold medals, and dumped them onto some junk profile named asdf.

Anyways, shannon has spent almost a year since being a way bigger pain than he ever was when he legit played here. He makes bots, troll accounts, and generally causes jurgen to lose sleep and cry. Strangely, Jurgen finds this constant policing to be the better solution than to have just let everyone else on the site PGE him.

What Shannon did was never even illegal. It just tickled jurgen too hard, so jurgen flew off the handle with ban craziness, saying he was "toxic to the community". In reality Shannon was just toxic to jurgen only. I believe in a free market where if a player is truly "toxic to the community", then the community overall would have worked it out by turning against him.

My favorite line from jurgen's initial post, back when he still thought this was a good idea: "He'll probably be able to sneak in a few games or troll a bit since I don't plan on babysitting Kdice 24/7." lol

Most players agree that Agent Mulder was one of the best movers & shakers in kdice history, and that jurgen still overbans over little shit with no proof.

Wow, reading this Shannon thread is more proof that i made the right decision when folks started talking about me being a mod. Not that a decision was made, per se, but yeah.... I could not handle that much heat for doing something ostensibly right. I would be banning suckers right and left. hehehe

If you want to know the Shannon story in short, the guy has been trolling and cheating for over 2 years. He has been given hundreds of chances. He screwed them all because he can't control himself. Basically all but a few people couldn't stand him and his attitude. He was always toxic to the site. The permaban happened after he cheated an entire month to get to 300k. We took away that gold of course. After that, Shannon has kept trolling and cheating for almost a year now. He keeps trying to get some attention from KDice but he can only achieve that a tiny bit by further trolling, harrassing the few girls on this site (julie, lani, ... I guess he wants some female attention badly haha) or playing multiple accounts at once. How pathetic of a life is that right? Anyway, don't waste your time on this topic and just forget about the guy imo. He's better off fixing his real life troubles instead of wasting time on KDice anyway.


Oh btw justcallmePRE, I hope you like the measures we took to slow down your bot script. Not perfect but I think it will do the trick.

Next time you or anyone else you gave it to uses it to boost an account, your main account will be permabanned of course.
