I have to say that I have never been really convinced that this Permaban was justified (ie: my previous thread)

And Jurgen, once again, threatening players that think differently than you is pretty weak. I suggest you stop doing it.

Can we focus on banning thrill?

Everyone has their dark days, even Jurgen M Depoorter. He has banned people non-stop, most are justified bans, but then there are those bans that slip through the cracks and are very unjust and a personal attack on players he does not like, whether it's stabs, discos, or pga). Jurgen has used his power to ban Agent Mulder many many times flooding his review page just because he has the power to do so. If you try to talk to him after he does not listen (he is always right). It's like trying to talk to someone with their fingers in their ears and singing "LA LA LA LA LA LA" ....that is just childish and very unprofessional. When someone is banned unjustly of course they are going to retaliate out of anger (trolling, extra accounts, fake accounts etc..you know the drill) ...so when it comes to Agent he was just someone Jurgen didn't like and I believe the ban is a conflict of interest. He should be reviewed from an outside source.

Even integral another moderator said he did not agree with the permaban. Jurgen just does what he likes because he can and no one can stop him. Agent has tried countless times to prove himself, Jurgen has given him rules (THAT ARE NOT KDICE RULES) ....that is just wrong...now they have thrown him in jail behind a bunch of lies and trash talk and childish behaviour and thrown away the key...If Jurgen just let Agent be, he would not have made all of those accounts, he would not have done the "is here, has left" thing...he would have just kept playing and being a part of the community. Agent has been harassed too much by Jurgen and I can see why he would react this way. As I have experienced shit from mods e.g. (being banned for using the word 'gay' not even in a derogatory way, uploading a bin laden picture, and being mistaken for a PGA with Yohann.)

Also I've spoke to him, and he says he was a paying customer of the site and was banned about 75% of his membership time... (how pathetic). He even emailed Ryan about the situation many times and has never received a reply.

Basically I think (as many people here seem to also believe) it's a cruel and unusual punishment for something others have done the same and maybe worse (yet aren't permabanned). Agent was ALWAYS been funny and created a fun atmosphere. He is not the problem, the problem is the real trolls of the site...there are others out there that are angry all the time and complain every game.

being banned is no reason to act out that is by far the most illogical thing I have ever heard.

Gurgi was banned, he retaliated by making a forum post asking why... not by making troll accounts

Thrill was chat banned, same thing, he asked for justification reasonably.

So now you're talking... Integral you've mentioned it in the forums and you've also said it in the chat the other day that "I don't agree with the permanban, Jurg knows this."

Don't backtrack your statements, thats what cowards do.

And int, everytime Agent has been banned he gets -post and -chat. So he was effectivley silenced every time, forcing him to make new accounts. Those accounts wouldn't have had to be made if you didn't remove his ability to chat and post in the first place.

there are other ways to discuss the ban, those include emails and chats in other systems. Both of which AM used in trying to play again, which jurgen can attest to.

Making trolling accounts and doing the is here/has left thing aren't ways to make your case, sorry.

I agreed that he should be allowed to play and he was in fact allowed to play and chat for a bit this past month. Since his most recent ban however, I have not made any mention about agreeing or not agreeing with the ban. I do in fact agree that AM prob won't change and it's prob good to just say enough is enough in this case. But ya nothing is permanent in kdice so I guess if he spends another month just not bothering kdice maybe he'll be allowed to play again, who knows.

Bottom line, it's not my ban so I don't think I have a right to speak to the situation, just like jurgen hasn't spoken in the situation with my ban on you.

You ask who knows if he will be unbanned? Well jurgen seems to 'know', did you not read his first reply? "Now he WILL be permabanned forever".

You also say you don't think you have the right to speak on the situation, yet your recommending me "enough is enough in this case"? Dude if you're too much of a pussy to stand up to jurgen on this abuse of power case, then don't reply at all.
