You don't realize how much flack mods get. This game takes a lot of effort to mod. I have learned to grow a thick skin and not let people push me too far.

As far as his ban record goes, all good bans so far imo. Same for int so this is a good opportunity for a sincere "thank you guys"

As a starting mod you always have the tendency to be too enthusiastic in your first month and you want to reply to every comment in the forum.

You can't please all and especially not the sceptical (and I'm being polite here) people like herv.

I tried to give "PR" advise so they won't fall in the same troll traps that I sometimes did but in the end it's something you learn after a few mistakes.

Overall, I think the response to the new mods has been good and I'm happy about that.

I have strong respect for anybody willing to spend their free time trying to improve this site (e.g. by being a mod) just for the sake of doing it. Mods being humans will inevitably make mistakes and hopefully have the personal greatness to admit and correct them if they realise them.
