I'd be shocked to learn that Ryan does not already have a map editor that he uses to make his maps. If he just added a few things to make it available and able to save maps out to a map center, it would be pretty much done.

I'm going to check with deadcode and see if his project is DOA at this point (which would be a shame) and if so, I'd have no problem helping out here.
