This is what happens when players get all their medals with PGA or "light" OTF. They forget what the real rules are.

I didn't see the game but in general:

if you're big with 2 weak people around you to wreck (even when they flagged)

1) letting both grow will certainly cost you too much dom and maybe even your optimal place in the game. Bottom line, you need to grow when possible. The key would be to explain to the wrecked person beforehand so he won't hold a grudge.

2) Attacking or trying to wreck both at the same time will probably be too much to handle for you (certainly if one key roll fails or if both aren't wrecked enough and make it their final goal to screw you as much as
possible)

3) if there aren't neuts or islands to take to grow or to get to another opponent, screwing one weakflagger is probably your best option. Who to pick is determined by many factors (not always fair or neutral ones).

Sometimes I don't get why some people get angry when their weakflag isn't accepted. If it was the best way for the other player to win, don't bitch imo.

These are all general comments though, I'm not commenting about this specific game.

I could end though by saying that vicsf and ceasar-blue get favored a lot lately and that I'm paying attention. Also they practically don't hit or screw each other either so I'm just letting it know that it's getting into the problem area. Oh, and that players at the table should pay more attention to it and stop getting killed like sitting ducks :)

Your observations are pretty accurate, Jurgen. To make it more specific:

vic was definitely not a better friend of mine than pooch. He hates me too much for screwing him numerous times.
I farmed pooch and not vic, because pooch was right next to my 8 while vic was behind pooch. Like I stated before, vic was a potential asset for mentioned counter truce.

I didn't think this had to be discussed to be honest.

Last comment I'll post on this..first off, Jurgen you are accurate with #1 and I don't disagree. Second, yes flags can be countered but how many times did this happen between us? It certainly was not the first time you have either tried to truce or something to "improve" your position. There are too many people who know which accounts I play and everytime I try to disguise myself someone, or something happens. Yodel, I do admit a few of my trophies are totally bogus; however there are 3 of them that I certainly earned on my own. Especially, my 10th pace finish last Dec(I think it was)!! I worked very hard all month for that and never asked for any otf or pga. I have seen some people do some wicked little things and just lately it has gone too far(humbly speaking here). Look in the history of how many people you know are in the top 100 every month practically. I can rattle off at least 10-20 people who are good(some are awesome) that trophy every month. I do not base that on membership either. However, I do look at alts very carefully and likewise people have started to figure out my type of play.


On a side note tho: I'd like to give a shout out to 5 people who really have made me open my eyes more about not caring about the game so much. They are: Sophie(yes, I do bitch..but think your a great person), Jurgen(whom has always found that string to make me stop ranting; even tho ppl love it..lol), Pokemon Trainer(sorry, do not know real name..but think your cool), Kostur(without your help I never ever would have sat at a 5k at anytime in my k-career) and last to the selected group who knows my better half and I as a unit(She is getting better everyday, and I'm thankful to have her in my life now for almost 5 yrs now).

I will discuss with u(if u find me) anything regarding this post that I made yesterday, even if it is because your one of the people I didn't mention on a thanks. There are just so many that is just a select few who have kept me going this past month. Rant over(for now)..
