Hunger strike

Hello community and sincere mods,

I wanted to inform you that I went on a hunger strike. I did not eat for 88 days now.

For the greater good.

KDice changed.
I speak for 99.4% of the community when I say KDice just is not the same anymore. Something, or better someone is missing. Someone who brightened up everyone's life on KDice. The glaring injustice committed to him by our highly respected mods Vermont and jurgen turned KDice into a dark, sorrowful and unhealthy place.
Don't we all want to take delight in playing this game? That's what I am here for at least and I know the community agrees with me.

By sentencing sac_lunch and taking away his legendary and heart-rejoicing manner of speaking you eliminated one of the greatest fun factors.

jurgen. I am sure this is the first mistake you ever made in your long time as a mod, but you can't ignore vox populi forever.

Free King Sac!

Suppose that a man leaps out of a burning building—as my dear friend and colleague ehervey sat and said to my face over a table at La Tomate in Washington not two years ago—and lands on a bystander in the street below. Now, make the burning building be KDice, and the luckless man underneath be sac_lunch. Is this a historical injustice? Has the man below been made a victim, with infinite cause of complaint and indefinite justification for violent retaliation? My own reply would be a provisional 'yes,' but only on these conditions. The man leaping from the burning building (jurgen) must still make such restitution as he can to the man who broke his fall, and must not pretend that he never even landed on him. And he must base his case on the singularity and uniqueness of the original leap. It can't, in other words, be 'leap, leap, leap' for four generations and more. The people underneath cannot be expected to tolerate leaping on this scale and of this duration, if you catch my drift. In Kdice, tread softly, for you tread on our dreams. And do not tell the Bros that they were never fallen upon and bruised in the first place. Do not shame yourself with the cheap lie that they were told by the mods to run away. Also, stop saying that nobody knew how to cultivate oranges in Jaffa until the Jews showed them how. 'fuck ur beybi sistr hors'—one of bivo's stock phrases—makes basement dwellers out of people who though themselves superiors of the Bros.

Free sac_lunch.

Consider contributory negligence of the man standing at or walking by the foot of the burning building? Do you think he ought to expect that things might fall on him and that he ought not to be there?

skrum, as long as he is not in a comparative negligence jurisdiction

Washington is not a comparative negligence jurisdiction.

I have not yet had to serve on a jury in a negligence case. It would be tough.

That picture by keef is total nonsense. If the house is burning it was sac_lunch who lit the fire. So jumping on his head is the right thing to do.

Aside: I don't know the uncounted alts of that player, I am only talking about the sac_lunch account. I have too much of a life to keep track of alts.
