Alright, here comes a rant that lot of you have heard, but now is the time that I put it on paper.
Why is it that all the pga still happen? Why is it that we can see people cheating all the time but no bans are ever done? In my opinion, kdice moderation is currently inneffective. But don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that the current mods ( sam, jurgen and rowdy, because i dont really see others around ) Are doing a bad job. They do have a lot of job on their hands, and as Sam said : "It's hard to punish one player with the way everybody is playing." This is both a call out to mods who i think should be stricter, and to Ryan who I think should apply more mods. Thanks for reading and hopefully replying. |

and, echoing what you said, I would only be interested in a modship now if game replays were available. actually, i would suggest splitting mods into overlords and advisors. promote the current mods to overlords, and they're the only ones that have ban powers. the advisors would have access to an anonymous game replayer, which blacks out all user info, and simply replays the rolls and an anonymized chat. they then advise the overlords if they think anything funny was going on. overlords could watch the un-anonymized replay, and decide punishment with the added information of each player's history and reputation. meh, we can dream. |

New mods could be support mods at first with limited powers and if they prove themselves, they could be promoted or replace an inactive mod (muhahahaha :P). |

Gigalord Megalord Overlord Lord Advisord with different powers. Some of these guys could flies, others would have retro powers... |
