How about some standard fees?

$30 for a contributor badge; $50 for 2 badges

$2 for an avatar reset; $1 to show the avatar that got reset (for the players that are disappointed they missed what avatar got banned)

$10 to ban or unban an account; $25 for a top 25 account; $50 if it's someone in the top 5 (extra fees: add one dollar for every level above level 40; add $50 to unban permabanned accounts; add $7,000 to unban the niggler; )

$10 to reveal all alts of a person; $5 to reveal who the owner of a specific alt is

if I know the person, I can probably combine different IP results yeah, I can't guarantee it for noobs
