first off, it's ok to eat unhealthy maybe once every 3-4 days (i.e. Cheesecake Factory) secondly, chicken salad is not bad for you when you don't use mayo (you could, for example, use reduced-fat sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper instead) and add fruits to it. if anyone wants a bangin' chicken salad recipe, holla at me |
