I've finally finished the Chrome version of "Deadcode Tools".
I've created it as a stand alone chrome extension; this means that you do not need GreaseMonkey. Also the extension will automatically upgrade when future versions are released. IMPORTANT: Please be aware that a limitation of the Chrome version is that there is no permanent data storage area for extensions. This means that if you clear the history of your browser you will lose all your stored notes! So if you plan on using this; then dont clear your history. Soon a new version will be released that stores all the notes/data remotely so this issue will no longer be a problem. Install the Chrome version from here (screenshot available too): https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/lgncbldojojfelnpbdkmgnpnmnenkpab If you have no idea what this is; check out the thread that explains the tool: http://kdice.com/discussion/topics/44805947 |

at 4:22 PM, Tuesday May 31, 2011 EDT this is great deadcode... I literally decided to make the same extension today (I was also going to start with a firefox greasemonkey script). It was so close to the notes part of this that it is kinda spooky. I can definitely say this... glad I didn't start down that road when you have already put in the legwork!
In fact... before I started looking into this, I only came out to the forum to see if anyone had commented on the new look of the Change Table dialog that just showed up. The one change I wanted to make that you haven't mentioned (or I haven't seen) is a 'Refresh' button on that dialog... I hate having to close and reopen it. Even if all it did was close and reopen it for you, that would still be better. Well... looks awesome... likely better than I would have put out. Maybe I'll try to find some features to add and send them to you from time to time... |

at 5:40 PM, Tuesday May 31, 2011 EDT it would be really lovely if I could leave my notes for a player when they are not sitting at a table. I don't want to do it during the game because it covers the board, but when the game is over I obviously can't click on the little green square anymore... so it would be very nice if there was a notes box option on their profile page.
thanks dc :) |

nice map. but why is east coast so much more represented than the west coast? |

at 7:12 PM, Saturday June 4, 2011 EDT Dunno; I think most KDicers are from east coast usa and Europe.
But btw; this graph only shows you views. So it is not representative of users; but of activity. So these two regions are the most active; since I started recording this data (couple of weeks). |
