What's on the certificate because I'm positive it's not the long form now. The state doesn't give you that and it's not necessary for getting a passport so I can't imagine you would've had a reason to request it. Obama actually released a legal birth certificate 3 years ago, the type of thing you need for a passport, but apparently that didn't dissuade this birthed nonsense.

we never even got a certificate (souvenier or not) from the hospital or even one in the mail from MD. i had to go to vital records and pay $18 to get one for P.
