new mod recommendation: cool g

this is based on the assumption that we should have as many mods as we can get, given that they are trustworthy.
he plays a lot of games, he prides himself on his reputation, and hes actually not too much of a pointwhore (i would know). he says he'll be around for a long time yet. i think he will be impartial. and i think he will do a good job policing not just the top top table drama, but also the rigorous ins and outs of daily modship. we need more mods, what with there always being a handful M.I.A. because modship is a thankless brutal job. the larger rotation we can get, the better. and cool g would be a good addition to the rotation imo. |

I cant fight the memories and my spine shrivers when I see him using the same strategy at the modship level, playing the big game. I miss you monte.

but regardless, when the average active streak of a mod is on the order of months, the more mods the better. just as long as you can trust them, ofc. if BR and thrax were still active, then i wouldnt have posted this rec. but the truth of the matter is it's near impossible to be dedicated enough to mod nonstop for more than a couple months at a time. im sure mar would do a fine job too, as well as several others. its just i dont play that much any more, so its taken me awhile to interact enough with the community to find a couple reliable people (acc to my obv biased cheating nature). and yes this is all part of my evil metagame. |
