Condiments on eggs?

So as previously stated, I enjoy pepper on my scrambled eggs, and salt on boiled eggs. What's your condiment of choice with eggs? I know people who put bbq sauce, ketchup, or honey mustard on their eggs... that's just weird to me.

other than salt and pepper, the only acceptable condiment (salsa does not count) is hot sauce

No condiment required if the eggs are moist and fluffy. If they aren't moist and fluffy, salt, pepper, and a piece of toast are required.

wifes trick to fluffiness: dilute the scrambled egg with milk before you cook it. it actually works.

Yeah, I use milk too monte. Definitely increases the fluffyness of the egg. I also cook my eggs in a bit of olive oil to keep them from sticking to the pan. Not too much though, or the eggs will taste like olive oil.

the only real way to enjoy eggs is in an omelet, the important thing here is to have as much as possible of all other stuff as you can in your omelet.

hopes recepe:
7 eggs
0.5 onion
2 tomatoes
0.2 litres of milk
2 diced potatoes (big)
2 diced slices of bread
any meat in the fridge
any spice on the shelf

Non-stick pans aren't completely non-stick. Plus, using the olive oil eliminates the thin paper-like parts that cook around the edges of the pan. I hate that shit...

I like over easy too. I put it on bread and poke a hole in the yolk and let it soak into the bread. then a couple strips of bacon and some pepper. yum!
