the trinity sauteed in olive oil, added chopped garlic, fresh basil, salt, pepper, and fresh rosemary. Added some chiles from garden, a bunch of fresh spinach which I wilted, and started to thicken with condensed cream of chik soup. Sauteed and added 2 lemons(juiced)
Added shelled on shrimp, sliced chicken breast and sea scallops(in proper order) topped with a bunch of oregeno from garden. Yum, but best part... Basil Heat martini I developed. Muddle juice from one lemon, several leaves of fresh basil, two spoonfuls of splenda and one serano pepper, add 3 oz vodka, 1/2 oz triple sec and 3 oz sugar free lemonade. Answer.... good on both sides |
