Death2Johnson was created by a guy named........Johnson. It has no connotation of death towards another individual and certainly not toward a politically charged individual.

If the purpose of your name is not to offend, please let us all know it's real meaning. Otherwise, I'm inclined to ban it simply because the community obviously thinks it's inappropriate.
