Well, three things to consider.

1) I assumed that most everyone knows Dirty Harry. But I figured most (who are younger than 30) would not get the quote.

2) I also assumed that most idiots who are opposed to fair play and rely on cheating are under the age of 25. And that if the brunt of cheaters are older than 25, this planet is truly in trouble.

3) I finally assumed that mostly cheaters would take an opposing view to my statement. Thus revealing their intellect and/or age.
