I have seen complaints about spam reviews posted here many times and I have received complaints about same directly from players many times. Spam reviews accomplish nothing except take up bandwidth, make it more difficult for other players to actually see the coherent reviews (if any), and make the offending poster look like a jackass.

Given all of the above, I have no problem in trying to eliminate the problem of spamming. To date nobody has been penalized, only warned. You may complain to your heart's content, Gurgi, but a virtual /mute Gurgi has been in place with regards to you for quite some time. (Although this response does show that its effectiveness is variable)

tl;dr I dislike spam, I will do what I can to eliminate it, and I don't care about Gurgi's opinions.

Just to point out to you people that constantly run afoul of the mods, overall we are getting significant positive feedback from everyone in the community besides you. Just food for thought.

The Modding has been awesome. Boney, Sam, Thraxle, Rowdy, Et. Al. have stepped up to the plate. (Sam, anything negative that I may have mentioned in the past is water under the Kbridge.)

This game has actually become fun again. The players at the tables are actually more challenging and civil. There is more mutual respect. Yes, some pricks are still proxying. (Like El Negro bragging last night about proxing at a "0" table where thrax was sitting. He's a douche and his accounts should be banned imo.

There is less whiney v-flagging (Gurgi Style), less pussy back stabbing moves (GB style), and fewer players lying about attack, then revolt bullshit (zoid style) as in prior months.

Mods keep doing whatever it is your doing. It is working.
