lapidus is gone, he was stuck in the control room + no O2 tank.

ben will def have a big part in the end-- his role has been far too great to just ignore him, but he's not a candidate. odds are jack, esp after last night's episode.

and can i say what the hell? I was expecting someone to die this episode, but not my Asians! Everyone loves the Asians. Can't say I am gonna miss Sayid though.

It was obvious what Sayid meant though when he died. However, I agree with int that there is a good chance Hurley could be the one. It seemed apparent throughout the seasons that the story revolved around the 4 who are left. I am willing to bet that Desmond dies next episode.

this is what better not happen:

last ten minutes (everyone is at the edge of their seat)

Hurley dies because he is fat
Claire goes bonkers and gets shot
Desmond is dead because of whatever
and all of Whitmore and his lackeys are dead

Basically, the only people left are Jack, Sawyer, and Kate. If it is them 3 left I not only will be annoyed that it is them, but know what is about to happen.
The trio face obvious death, Sawyer confesses love for Kate (for the tenth time) then goes to his demise to save them. Jack and Kate get it on in the jungle when they are alone. Then Jack also kills himself for Kate.

Luckily, Kate is no longer a candidate (Jacob could tell she was a total ho)
