Good theory I'd say that's probably how it will happen. Something else interesting to consider is we know Sayid is going to that hospital to see his brother, Jack is already there, Locke and Ben will probably be going and I bet that Jin will bring Sun there and isn't Charlie at that hospital too? Next few episodes should definitely be interesting in the FS.
