Explain to me how an avatar can in any way harass another player. PLEASE. id love to hear it. Ryan built the ability to click off an avatar into the site for a reason, no one is making anyone look at my avatar. Also, how do you physically harass someone over the internet...? By the way, the second definition there would imply that every single player on this site should be banned for harassment.

Once someone puts their picture on the internet it becomes public domain, and as im pretty sure happy doesnt have his photo copywrited, the word 'personal' can absolutely not be associated with it as long as he provides it to the public.
