but anyways if this was done at xsketch then its not really that new. I think Lei started this rule at xsketch that if any player takes a personal avatar, like a picture of him/her then it is bannable.

Do we really need to be using batshit crazy rules that xsketch mods have devised? I think the people taking happy's av are being childish, and removing their avs is fine and if they can't play by the rules just don't let them get a new av, but I don't think banning is the right answer.

i dont think TCS should apply xsketch rules to kdice at all. i just assumed he did this ban at xsketch cuz he does not belong anywhere near kdice.

I always assumed when Pat wasn't rollin dices he was hanging out with kid cudi, who told pat it was fine.

Harassment is against website rules. It can be verbal or physical either way. Mocking someone via "Avatar Picture" is Harassment.
If you take someones "personal" avatar and they have a problem with that then yes, I or any other Mod will remove it and ask you to please select one of a billion other images out there.

Would I ever put something I would not want others to poke, prod or make fun of? No I would not, but that is irrelevant to this.
