This makes no sense at all
Usually makes this makes sense to me but seeing as how I'm friends with all parties involved... let me may of few things.

I and anyone that knows Kimmy and HH knows that they're in the teenage girl group that all plays together and acts like well... teenage girls. I know that Kimmy had HH's account info in case she lagged out of games so Kimmy could help her out...and HH had kimmy's account info for the same reason.
She wouldn't ever give me the info (good decision). So I know that it is very possible for Kimmy to be the person here.

But crimes have 2 parts... and one has to be motive. Kimmy generally hates Adam, Int, and that whole group cuz they're dicks to her. She's told me before how much she hates them... and i know they're not friends. I even got reassurance after this incident and indeed, Kimmy does not like Adam. So like.... WHY WOULD KIMMY SCREW OVER HH AND POTENTIALLY COST HER THE MODSHIP THAT THEY PETITIONED SO HARD FOR TO UNBAN SOMEONE THAT SHE DOESN'T EVEN LIKE?!?!?!

oh wait.... I have the reason because i did the research. HH is a shared account and more than just kimmy have her account info... as well as other people. The same person that hacked HH's account also gave kimmy the contribution badge so she can go back on kimmy's account and say that it was her. Kimmy being a teenage girl and easily threatened, doesn't out the 3rd person because she's scared. HH doesn't out the 3rd person because she doesnt want to lose her modship (which she should since she admitted shared account... unless those rules dont apply to her)

So who is the culprit? Duh... who is friends with HH and Kimmy, clever enough to pull this off, and has motive to unban adam's alt? The answer is obviously....
