As for Isreal vs Everybody else. Yeah the players are fighting the war in the name of religion, yeah that war would not exist, as it is, without religion. But your forgetting a big factor in that ongoing struggle. Britain basically took that land and gave it to another group of people. ultimately it is a land war. it would continue even if it wasnt the holy land. Religion basically just adds to the urgency of that war

'religious' is not the same as Catholic. Pope Pius XII was certainly Catholic. He was clearly a very religious man. I was just pointing out that the statement that Hitler was Catholic was pretty worthless.
