Where are the Mod's / 2 much PGA'ers

PGA'ing seems to be an ongoing problem. It sucks seeing it and it too bad there isn't barley isn't any Mod's on kdice. I honestly do not understand why people PGA. Why can't people just enjoy the game and be fair. PGA'ing has to be stopped.
