What's the point of allowing spectator chat for games in progress?
I have people (hi foo foo / Leek) follow me around from table to table for the sole purpose of harassing me telling everyone at the table to kill me not to trust me bla bla bla. Isn't that what reviews are for? If someone wants revenge, they should sit in and play. Sitting on the sidelines commenting and influencing the game is just lame. Tournaments are worse. The chat is used for people in the game to flag and / or strategise. By the end of the tournament after 15 people have bombed out, the chat is just full of bitter people spamming not to trust one person or another. It makes it hard to keep track of who has flagged to who etc. I really dont see the point of spectator chat once a game is in progress... |

at 9:05 PM, Tuesday February 9, 2010 EST actually, i even think that the game would be way more interesting if there was no chatting IN game at all. i personally like it better, when only the real flags are being used. otherwise sometimes people are sitting on one stack in the corner until everyone else besides the big guy who saves them is dead and then takes 2nd. but that's only my opinion, i suppose :)
