-which brings us to the remaining quagmire that the US is in today, yes it is going horribly, but once again, this was something that was in place before obama took office.

-i would like citations as to where you got your information on sotomayor, she went through the hearings just like everyone else on the supreme court, and im sure they would have not appointed her if they saw her not fit to be a supreme court justice

-the US cant play world police, we already know how that turns out (see afghanistan and iraq) and it seems like it would be a saavy political move to have the more powerful people in the world less pissed at you.

-you cant murder something thats already dead, and right now there are govt programs in place trying to help out the big businesses which unfortunately cost money, and it has to come from somewhere IE- taxes. Look I may lean left but I want intelligent discourse over anything and as long as the side out of power keeps saying the side in power is dumb over offering a different solution to the problem, we will continue to slide closer to oblivion.
