In my opening post to the site as KDICEMOD I said that I wouldn't take any actions based on prior infractions, and I haven't.

alright so in this case montecarlo will never play his account anymore.

he thinks the account is bugged, so it playing the full monte, and if I am wrong (it is in fact not bugged) then he will continue to not play it.

If I am right, however, the montecarlo account will then be banned, because it will not be bugged. montecarlo will resume playing it since there is no bug.

what int is referring to, thrax, is that in june 2007, he logged in as me and played for a week while i was at the beach. then sometime in spring 08 (i think?) he logged in as me and tanked 22k away from me for fun. in other words, the carlo account should be banned for past sharing.

I also agree with monte about the ability to change the password making the real owner.
