it is interesting to look at the change in stats from month to month. i used to only look at the luck stat, and you can see how for me it drops from ~49 to ~45 and stays there after january 09. in bombs, you can see it drop in december 08 i think, but then it magically pops back to 49% several months later, which the conspiracy theorists would say is Ryan unbugging the account for whatever reason.

but the luck stat is just part of the interesting stuff. two other stats i just noticed are the dominance and 1st place percentage. dont look so much at bombs here, because he was never really that good of a player (lol). but check out bj or me... we both usually hung out in dominance in the lower to mid 30s. then when the bug bit us, dominance dropped to mid 20s. i can understand if someone is skeptical of believing the bug by only looking at luck stats. but if you choose not to believe the bug, that means you are saying that bj and i both decided to completely change how we play the game, resulting in a 10% drop in dom. also 1st place percentages. if you say there is no bug, you are saying that over spans of 100+ (me) and 500+ (bj) games we all of a sudden could only win about 7% of the games we were playing? bull. shit.

i would love it if skrum were to look at supposedly bugged accounts and run some numbers to see if the distribution of monthly luck, dom, and 1st place percentages is significantly different during times of bugging and times of fairness.

I don't want to get into arguing stats, but I think you have to consider the games played per month, he plays less than 100 games per month, I would say it's pretty easy to get fucked up stats with such a low number, but that's besides the point.

Besides this anecdotal evidence, do you honestly believe ryan would go out of his way to do this when he can just ban the accounts like he did with mine? I mean really...

if anything, I would say that the so-called luck stat doesn't work properly.
