...and there is no sign that Mr. Obama is any different from the past democrats that sat in the oval office. The only exception is that he has 100% compliance within his party and a majority in congress that will pass anything Mr. Obama supports.

How hypocritical is it that Mr. Obama continues to remind the general public of the deficit he inherited, but then spends so recklessly that the possibility of having a balanced budget anytime within his term is utterly impossible.

How hypocritical is it that the libs called the recent spending bill that was passed a "stimulus package". How does $20 billion dollars towards food stamps stimulate the economy? What jobs will be created by increasing food stamp allowances? This is only one example of many within that spending bill, but I'll try to avoid making this post unneccisarily long.

One of you left wingers need to help me understand what our President is attempting to do. The view from the cheap seats here in right field makes the picture look exactly like I thought it would look before the election took place; the liberal democrats want a socialist republic in place of our cherished capitalistic society. Let's continue to drain the rich to pay for the poor. Let's continue to increase taxes on large corporations that have been laying off employees at an enormous pace. Let's increase benefits to the unemployed instead of finding ways to provide jobs for them.

I'm ranting a bit, but one thing is clear. Barack Obama scares the living shit out of me. JP, UGB, anybody, please help me feel better about the job he's doing.

And someone explain to me how the fuck he has a 67% approval rating. They must have done the polling at a foreclosure seminar or a foodbank.

Thrax with likely voters obama is down 4% vs Romney.

I don't think Obama can get relected. If he does the country deserves all his anti growth policies he will put in place.

Romney has been gaining ground on the female vote the past couple weeks.

Perhaps America is waking up from the bullshit fest?

Obama's biggest problem with the debates this go-around that he didn't have in '08 is that he has to defend his record which is far from stellar. In '08 he didn't have to defend shit because he hadn't done shit (no experience). Now Obama is fielding the attacks and he and Biden simply interrupt and talk louder.

It's fun to watch, but I still think Obama wins. Too much media bias. Even the moderators are favoring Obama in the debates. It's a stacked deck.

Oh well...

If you think Romney's losing because of anything but his own bullshit fest, you're sorely mistaken. Romney/Ryan couldn't be more full of shit. Instead of focusing on any substance, he's spent the entire campaign promising things without backing up how he'll do it.

Blaming this on the media is a cop out. Blame your terrible party for electing a terrible candidate.

and lol if you think Romney is any less guilty of interrupting.

Maybe if he spent more time in the debates saying things that weren't complete lies. Like, oh I don't know, how he's going to cut taxes universally without increasing the deficit - he boasts about it every 5 minutes, but has yet to say anything specific about how the math will add up.

And I mean, we all know why. It's because he's going to cut things the far right likes to see cut, but that the moderate base he needs votes from wont support. Either that, or borrow money. He can't admit to either before the election, but it leaves him in the unfortunate position of being completely fucked.

He intends to create jobs. Creating jobs means less people on unemployment and welfare while increasing the tax paying base and increasing revenue.

Obama just wants to keep spending while passing out as much as possible. Can Romney create jobs like he says? I don't know. What I do know is that he's hampered job growth in his 4 years. We should be closer to 6% right now and we are months, if not years, away from that. Obama wants to play Robin Hood for 4 more years.

The poverty level has increased under Obama.
Food stamps are at an all-time high.
The deficit exploded. (even though he campaigned against "unpatriotic" spending)

Yadda, yadda, yadda...

My opinion doesn't matter. I just fucking hope Virginia switches back to the right this year.

He doesn't give a shit about creating jobs.

But he's not going to win (the nation or Virginia), so let's not worry about it.

I'm pretty sure he won't win the nation.

I'm pretty sure he WILL win Virginia.

hmmm. the polling's all been around 2-3 points either way for a while now. I figure considering the vast majority of people they don't poll are voting for Obama, he's going to win most of (if not all) the close polling battles (like in 2008).
