I hate posts like this for the simple reason that everyone has a point and Im supposed to be this impartial being of awesomeness to descend upon the scene and clarify everything up...

So anyways, as an impartial being of awesomeness descending upon the scene, here are my 2cents to clarify everything up.

At the time this is claimed, it was possible for a mod to strip rights and return them instantly. But proving it is impossible - so I can't do anything.

The very cool thing is that Ryan put in the Advisor history log idea - so now this will never be a problem anymore. Advisors ALWAYS have to post a reason why they stripped rights now - it physically will NOT allow someone to take an action without text in the box.

Johnson made a post that was way out of line because he was fired up and hot headed at that time. Fiero asked him to remove the harsh review and he did - and decided not to mute him since he wiped the comments. That's his decision so it is completely up to him to mute him or not, I see no major problem here in inaction so long as Johnson apologized.

One thing I can say though, is that Fiero might want to be a little more personable when talking to people. Ya gotta not call people little 5 year olds - regardless of whether that's how you feel inside due to false accusations.

That's the single hardest part of being an advisor - keeping your cool at all times. And I can't claim to be a perfect example either, I blew up on lovekdicetodeath in a previous post somewhere and should never have gotten so fired up and hostile as I did then.

We just gotta keep it cool and try to be as impartial as possible. Next time someone makes you WANT to say that they are childish, idiots, whatever, just think it and dont type it out - deal out the punishment that is fair, or no punishment if that's the most fair action to take, and that is that.

First of off, let's review your "moderator tone", it's quite laughable really. Look how aggressive you are, and abusive. You also did not even apologize, you instead mocked me and you still have not apologized so much as to say sorry. I think it's time you've been fired, we've had enough and someone like you should no longer be mod, you cannot get that many chances and simply shrug it off to say sorry. I'm sure Ryan selected you as Mod for a reason, and you have proven yourself unworthy of such a title.

Also, I find it funny you say it happened a month ago, especially when today is July 7th and that incident happened at the last day of June, therefore only a week ago. You are covering up, that is not very nice of you fiero. Also, please refrain from posting in this topic if you do not have anything to contribute regarding the situation or have any personal experiences with fiero yourself. This is a petition, let's stick to the plan.
