Petition against fiero, abusing mod powers and mocking

It was about a week ago, it was nearing the end of June and me and Johnson213 were having quite a feud with one another. It appears that fiero, as one of Johnson213's PGAs, had infact muted me, screenshot evidence:

The next screenshot will show Johnson's completely inappropriate behaviour displayed in my Reviews: http://img512.imageshack.us/my.php?image=abuse4bc0.png Afterwards I had told fiero about it (without knowing that fiero is in fact one of Johnson's good PGA buddies), fiero simply edited it to " ", a blank. After I was outraged as to why fiero did not hand out a Mute, he began to insult me, calling me a 5 year old and also mocking me: 1. http://img136.imageshack.us/my.php?image=abuse5lt2.png 2. http://img410.imageshack.us/my.php?image=abuse6ub5.png This is intolerable, we as a community deserve respect from this abusive mod, we as a community deserve to have our voices heard. We do not deserve to be made a fool out of, and we DO NOT deserve to be mocked. Ryan, we as a community have had enough of fiero's ways, he simply benefits his friends and the rest of us are left with nothing. We DEMAND that fiero is stripped of his mod powers, WE HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!! This topic will serve as a public petition against this abusive mod, take action comrades! Let your voices be heard! Take down this tyrant! |

Fiero insisted on total privacy and would not allow anyone else to listen in to the conversation between he and Dark. While Dark has not told me anything of what transpired, this "backroom" approach to moderating leaves me greatly troubled. The actions and motivations of moderators should be completely transparent. Moderators should not be afraid of public scrutiny. Indeed, public scrutiny is an essential counterpoint to any police force, which is, after all, what the mods are. A police force. And while I completely support the stated mission of that force and the manner in which most of the force discharges its mission, I am deeply troubled by the secrecy which Fiero insisted upon in this case. What did you have to hide, Fiero? Why did you insist that nobody witness what potentially objectionable demands you made on Dark in exchange for restoring his privileges?
This episode and the way in which Fiero handled it has not changed my basic position that Fiero is a terrible moderator and should be dismissed. |

at 9:06 PM, Saturday July 12, 2008 EDT Fiero has a lot of dark secrets. He was never a good mod. But he has the power of being listened by Ryan. That does a lot. Fiero can do almost whatever he wants and get away with it. I mean, he can pretty much ban people for nothing if they're not going with his way. I thought he used 2 be cool, but that was a long time ago. Fiero now has almost the biggest power in kdice and its moderated.
Community already discussed this. Ryan decided and its final (i think). He has confidence in fiero even with his jobs. I think the story is over even though we'd prefer differently. I'd much rather that Vermont, Jurgen or Nuflis would be a moderator then fiero. That's only me though. |

Think about it...you give dark his acount back and everyone in the game is hurt by it except him, or you keep him banned like he should be and everyone is happy except him (the punishment he takes for doing what he did to get banned.)
