Petition against fiero, abusing mod powers and mocking

It was about a week ago, it was nearing the end of June and me and Johnson213 were having quite a feud with one another. It appears that fiero, as one of Johnson213's PGAs, had infact muted me, screenshot evidence:

The next screenshot will show Johnson's completely inappropriate behaviour displayed in my Reviews: http://img512.imageshack.us/my.php?image=abuse4bc0.png Afterwards I had told fiero about it (without knowing that fiero is in fact one of Johnson's good PGA buddies), fiero simply edited it to " ", a blank. After I was outraged as to why fiero did not hand out a Mute, he began to insult me, calling me a 5 year old and also mocking me: 1. http://img136.imageshack.us/my.php?image=abuse5lt2.png 2. http://img410.imageshack.us/my.php?image=abuse6ub5.png This is intolerable, we as a community deserve respect from this abusive mod, we as a community deserve to have our voices heard. We do not deserve to be made a fool out of, and we DO NOT deserve to be mocked. Ryan, we as a community have had enough of fiero's ways, he simply benefits his friends and the rest of us are left with nothing. We DEMAND that fiero is stripped of his mod powers, WE HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!! This topic will serve as a public petition against this abusive mod, take action comrades! Let your voices be heard! Take down this tyrant! |

i delt with the problem how i saw fit, which is my right as a moderator. because johnson was in the room when he wrote it, i asked him to erase it, which he immediately did. i told you to stop acting like a child because you kept following me around to my tables and demanding that i mute or ban johnson. you do not speak for the community, and you're complaining for something that didn't happen, you were never muted, nor was johnson because i preferred to deal with the matter without banning or muting anyone. the way you responded to the sitution did indeed remind me a a 5 year old when you followed me around for an hour whining and yelling. this is me issuing a public apology to you, dark, for telling you to stop acting like a 5 year old. i will now ask you to please drop this, as it is something that happened a month ago. also, the advisor log was created to prevent mod abuse, which shows in affect that i do not abuse power. furthermore, you do not speak for the community. last, i would ask you to not harass me anymore i.e. following me around telling everyone im a bad mod and should be stripped of power, or cursing at me, or creating other alts to do the same. thank you for your time and attention, i am deeply sorry that my decision not to mute johnson has troubled you so deeply. sincerly, fiero600 |

Being an adviser is a thankless and a hard job, and when rules are not set down clearly actions will be taken that some will see as unfair. I think that that is why a lot of people dislike Fiero now.
Dark as long as I have known has never liked any of these people, people which I wouldn't mind calling friends, so I think is evidence may be a bit bias. SO lets drop this whole matter. |
