dear Ryan: unanswered grievances

this post is meant to be a listing of all the shit we are pissed at ryan about. he used to be a very active developer of the game, but recently he has become mostly mute, except for the rare occasions in which he erratically swoops in to ruin the day.

for what its worth, this is actually a serious post. feel free to add to the list of grievances in reply.

we'll see if ryan ever replies.

1) Did you or did you not give Pat Whalen points at the end of March so that he could win the monthly competition?

2) Can you please give us the reasoning behind appointing fiero as the sole moderator, when most of the community did not support this idea?

3) Why did you change xsketch's point system on day 28.5 out of 30? (Why did you change the point rewards in kdice a few months ago in mid month?)

4) Why do you make major changes to the structure/rewardings of the game without giving anyone any forewarning?

1) Monte, how the hell can you be surprised that Ryan "fixed" the monthly competition. If you recall in January he took my points and sent emails instructing you to "take a dive" and let Linch finish 1st.

2) At least Ryan appointed someone as the moderator! Ryan has proven over the last year and a half to be the most inept moderator in e-History.

I guess its only fitting that Ryan appoints Fiero!: a notorious liar who was posing as a female for many months, who routinely uses IM communications to subvert the game, who PGAs, and shares acocunt information with banned players.

3) Take your best guess on the point changes:
a) Ryan changes the points because he wants to see a different winner.
b) Ryan changes the points because he hasnt been able to program a suitable breakdown of appropriate table levels.
c) Ryan doesnt respect the monthly competition and all the time that people spend competing.
d) All of the above.

4) Ryan doesnt give any forewarning because his actions are almost always baseless and unjustified, and the goal of each change is to feed his ego and daily click-ins for the website, rather than making changes to better serve the kdice community.

It's Ryan's ball, he can do what he wants with it. I only hope this as low as it gets.

im pretty sure that you guys misunderstand the whole point or purpose of the moderator. i am not a sheriff or pga sniffing dog. im trying to create a less hostile atmosphere and stop people from harassing each other etc and i have not abused my moderator power. I think most of you have too much political bias to be moderator. i dont care either way about pga or pge thats the rc job... im not leek i dont have a holy crusade against the cabal or the anti cabal. i dont care about that. as for you monte, you do not speak for MOST of the community. you at best speak for a few fanatics that idolize you. the community consists of thousands of players that just want a peaceful environment where they can play dice free of porn or harassment. you need to learn that most people do not care either way who the moderator is as long as he is focused on keeping the game clean and not focused on the politics.
p.s.
pls dont respond to this if you are monte, das, wish, or any other members of the super cool elitest club because i do NOT care

lol! The mod has spoken xD

P.s. 5) Why can Ryan let buy points on the last day and take away win from the team that spent like WHOLE month literally playing kdice?
