Banning avatars and censoring chat seems pointless. Concentrate on preventing the cheating. Also I think the temptation to abuse the power will be too much for most.

sunvic, erasing chat box wouldn't really prevent cheating - it would probably help it - I'm led to believe that PGA will probably chat using another messenger during games and so erasing the chatbox does nothing to them whilst preventing anyone else from raising concerns or launching counters etc.

Even if you erased names and avs (identity) during games it doesn't stop cheaters sitting together and gives them relative anonymity to abuse the system.
