Vermont on Thursday August 7, 2008 doesnt respect flags. When you try to fight him for first he will kill you first leaving the 5th and 4th alive. Doesnt matter if you flagged for second or third.

Attacking flagged players when you are not first is ok. Heck, attacking flagged players when you are first is even allowed and encouraged to a certain degree of fairness.
