flags, then attacks you. not trustworthy

Tried to flag to neighbor (TEAL) on 2nd turn. Got no acceptance, so he kept trying. IIRC, the flag was accepted finally on turn 5.
Near end game, I needed to loose some land to flag out, so I had to suicide against TEAL. TEAL claimed those lands and had a few weak stack, but then FUCK JAP seized the opportunity to attack TEAL.
FUCK JAP even tell me and the other player to gang up on TEAL, but we beat FUCK JAP 3 on 1 in the end.
