I witnessed him (on 24/6/13) intervene in a lower fight (2nd/3rd) between two players (whom I don't know) when he was 1st, even though both were flagged to him. He demanded to see a real flag, but the one with the advantage could only flag 3rd, not 2nd (there was a 4th player in the other edge of the board) - so he didn't...

Just to make things clear, fedo2 had about 80% of the board, and the one he decided to bully had like 4~5 lands, and was fighting a guy who also had only 3~4 lands.
