Adding a new review will overwrite your old one. Any player can add a review. Whines, complains, and curses. The worst part is this player wants to fight it out for 2nd, but only when he drops down to one territory will he finally give up despite multiple attempts to tell him to flag 3rd, then I say fine you are going out 5th cause both players vying for 4th still have 3 territories. You don't sit there and fight to your last territory and expect to then finally flag, if you aren't flagged then you are going to get killed.
