at 7:50 AM, Sunday January 31, 2010 EST all the greatest games are gone and forgotten like tears in the rain ("Blade Runner"). all so meaningless, all pointless, all short lived. saving replays would be fantastic.

at 10:21 AM, Wednesday October 6, 2010 EDT not sure about the rest of you but i already have this replay sort of implemented albeit involuntarily:
when Im waiting and exiting the kdice tab or browser for doing different things (email or... work! yack) then get back after a couple of minutes the kdice game presentation will have lagged behind and will be shown to me in sort of a quick replay. sometimes this even works when the game is over, but it will not work if u accidentally leave longer, like for 20 minutes or so. oh and ryan surely doesnt have anything to do w that, must be a browser cache thing. |

at 10:42 AM, Wednesday October 6, 2010 EDT It would be great to be able to save epic comebacks, amazing 5k games, various improbable rolls/1hits/connects/etc
Also it would be THE best proof someone could send to an advisor to make a complaint about pga. Ideally the chat should also be logged. Conclusion: one of THE best possible additions to KDice besides new game variants but a lot of work for Ryan (and a risk of people hacking into an externaly saved log and faking evidence) |

at 10:56 AM, Wednesday October 6, 2010 EDT arent there screencapture video applets available that simply record anything displayed on ur screen?

at 11:12 AM, Wednesday October 6, 2010 EDT yes, there are some and I have been looking into them because *** crosses fingers I can one day use them :-)*** they would be the best alternative for a real kdice log in case of pga reporting.
Only problem so far is that I haven't found a good freeware yet. There are freewares available that do a screencap each X seconds but that's a bit less practical to work with (but it does save disk space) |
