Truce between 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

I've seen this several times now.

This is how the early 3 way truce betwen 3 players works: 1st asks 2nd for alliance. At this point they have a very good chance to win, but not 100% so, they ask another good sized player to join and get a sure 3rd. sice this last call can be interpreted as a threat it's usually accepted. Now the game is over, they can decide who to eliminate fisrt. some players are intimmidated, say nothing and even stop attcking them hoping for better treatment from the evil alliance.

So who is the main instigator of this paractice?

Amare Stoudemire (aka Stoudemire, Stoude).

This is a cheap way of getting points. And you need points if you hope to get "medals". Remember he was the one requesting "medals" for the top 100 before the reset.

is his style (truce between 1st and second, then asks third join them and get third).

One of the lamest player I've seen.
Only looking for points.
Has two more user ids at least:
Stoudemire
Stoude

If this is true, then it's almost a waste of game if he's #9. I worked my ass off for : <img src="http://aplayr.com/user/jdizzle787/imageRankK.gif"; border="0" alt="Kdice - Free Online Strategy Game">

That's grossly unfair. And, I want to complain ( :-) ) about being teamed up on when in first, me=11 territories, others combined at start of alliance=19. It just gets annoying when you're targeted, for what? Too much 1st player hatin'

It's not their fault the bottom four couldn't put up a fight. I slightly agree with you but you haven't made any suggestions aside from complaining about people who play smartly.

I know JKD. It's just annoying. But, back to the main idea of this thread, even though I have never been affected by this, and I am indifferent to the issue, all I can say is this needs to be investigated if true.

@JDizzle787
rndax was also in one of the games, I put a message on his profile and hope he will comment/confirm my post.

@JDK
I assume this strategy to be evil. I made this post so people can comment on it so we can see if people caonsider this acceptable or unacceptable. Definitely disagree with "play smartly" comment.

A) So what if you consider it evil
B) So what if "people" consider it unacceptable.

It's a legitimate strategy that works.
That makes it smart.

@StunnedFazer
PGA also works, still people want to know about players that engage in these "smart startegies" and avoid if possible playing with them.

In fact I wish that after the 7th person sits at the table, Ryan would put a 5 seconds delay before the game starts so that people can leave.

I would have avoided Stoude, but he used another "smart strategy" he was waiting quietly in the room till the 6th person sat, the he joined the game.

Fazer, it isn't a "legitimate" strategy. That's in your opinion. if it is, then I guess you would be fine if I went around with two other buddies and, provided we got big to get top three or four, rout against everyone else to get top scores. I know I just said along the lines of pre-alliance, and not in-game, but to me, there is little difference in how it plays out.

This so-called perpetrator has himself in an 11th spot on the board. I reiterate, I stress about bad rolls and crap, and have good games and successful plays, and strategic matches, for what? 487th? Hell, if you think this is alright, then I might as well ask a few of my friends who used to play to come back. They'd love to fuck around like this (excuse me) and get better scores. At least I think I would.

P.S. I know those examples are pre-allied, not the situation we have at hand.

This is very interesting, and i beieve this is exactly the same bug as presented in the idea.
This probably worked like this, player A starts a game and is about to lose, in a different browser window logs out and back in as user B, then he sits back at the game in the first browser window.

This is just speculation of course :)

And yes zombies have the tendency of getting first place and lots of points ...

So why'd you bring it up?
