Allow players to select others with a button so they can team up. Then notify the other player of a request to team up and then select Accept or Deny.

I like this. A truce established like this shouldn't be enforced by the game, but it would help bridge language barriers.

I really like this idea. And like MarkG said, not enforceable by the game, but for the language barrier.
