I'll go with TriTL's modifier: just a few moment's notice visually & audibly that the table is full, the game is starting.

You could play 10 or 15 seconds of a MIDI of Black Sabbath's "War Pigs". :)

Hmm, I supported this idea but now I am in doubt. The first player already has a great(!) advantage. He is way less vulnerable to attacks since he has extra dices when it is the others turn.

War pigs? I go for canon fodder's intro tune. Still laughs over 'War have never been so fun. Go to you brother, kill him with a gun while he is lying there dying in the sun. War.' (or something like that)
